Mojro Closes Series A Round At $5.5 Mn With Additional $2.5 Mn Funding
Posted On | From Shrishti Bisht

SaaS startup Mojro has raised an additional $2.5 Mn (about ₹23 Cr) as part of its Series A funding round, taking the total size of the round to $5.5 Mn. The fresh capital was invested by Dallas Venture Capital (DVC).
The startup intends to use the capital to double down on its plans of global expansion and fuel product innovation.
Mojro cofounder and CEO Kishan Aswath said, “We will continue to invest in such expansion in the foreign markets to build more resilient supply chains.”
Prior to this, the Bengaluru-based startup had raised $3 Mn in February, led by IAN Group’s IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from 1Crowd and existing investors.
Founded in 2016 by Aswath, Amit Kulkarni, and Ranganath Seetharamu, Mojro operates a B2B SaaS platform that helps mid- to large-sized enterprises optimise complex supply chains across sectors.
Its AI-powered platform focuses on multi-modal logistics planning and intelligent automation, using an extensive analytics engine and a library of more than 150 business constraints to improve efficiency across logistics networks.
The platform offers dynamic route planning, last-mile delivery optimisation, loading automation, real-time tracking, and predictive analytics.
Mojro claims its tech helps enterprise clients reduce logistics costs by up to 20% within 90 days of deployment.
The startup follows a usage-based pricing model and earns more than 60% of its revenue from international markets such as the US, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
Mojro competes with the likes of Shipsy, FarEye, and LogiNext.
With ecommerce penetration rising and businesses focusing more on supply chain efficiency, demand for logistics planning solutions is growing rapidly, leading to increased investor interest in startups operating in this segment.
On a broader level, India’s logistics sector is expected to reach $563 Bn by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 9.4%, fuelled by ecommerce expansion and the growing need for efficient supply chain management.
