Capillary Technologies Q4: PAT Jumps 341% YoY To ₹43.3 Cr

SaaS company Capillary Technologies saw a 341% jump in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹43.4 Cr in the last quarter of FY26 from ₹9.8 Cr in the year-ago quarter, helped by an exceptional gain.
Sequentially, the company’s profit grew 448% from ₹8 Cr.
Capillary recorded an exceptional gain of ₹25 Cr during the quarter under review pertaining to an acquisition.
Its operating revenue jumped 25% to ₹191.3 Cr in the March quarter from ₹152.1 Cr in Q4 FY25. On a QoQ basis, revenue rose almost 4% from ₹184 Cr.
The listed SaaS company saw a 28% rise in total expenditure to ₹159.9 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹124.5 Cr in the year-ago period.
For the overall fiscal (FY26), Capillary’s profit skyrocketed 296% to ₹52.4 Cr from ₹13.3 Cr in FY25. The top line rose 23% to ₹734.6 Cr from ₹598.3 Cr in the previous fiscal.
At 14:12 IST, shares of Capillary were trading 5.83% higher at ₹573.8 apiece on the BSE.
